Suzi is the Program Director for the Frederick County Hotline, a program of the Mental
Health Association of Frederick County. The Frederick County Hotline is the 2-1-1
call center for Western Maryland providing information and referral, supportive listening,
and suicide prevention and intervention. She serves on various committees in Frederick
County and on the State Suicide Prevention Plan Committee. In addition to her position
at the Hotline, Suzi is a certified ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training)
trainer, a certified Crisis Worker and certified Information and Referral Specialist.
Suzi has been with the Hotline for 10 years and has a BA in Psychology and a MA in
Counseling.

Paul is the Information & Referral Coordinator for Community Crisis Services, Inc.
At Community Crisis Services, Inc. they provide the 2-1-1 call center for Prince
George’s and Southern Maryland Counties Paul is a certified ASIST (Applied Suicide
Intervention Skills Training) trainer and SafeTalk (Suicide Awareness For Everyone)
trainer. He has been working as a telephone crisis counselor and Information and
Referral Specialist for the past seven years. He is a Certified Information and Referral
Specialist (CIRS) and Certified Resource Specialist. (CRS)
